MEET THE DOCTOR
Russell Morrow, DDS
Dr. Morrow is committed to giving back to his community and conducts numerous free dental days throughout the Phoenix area. He also provides dental education in many of the local elementary schools. Away from the office, Dr. Morrow loves traveling with his wife, Rebecca and his daughters, Jayne and Reagan. They are avid water/snow skiers, and Dr. Morrow has a particular passion for golf. Dr. Morrow also served a full-time two-year church service mission to Nebraska and provides dentistry to those in need on dental missions to underdeveloped nations.

Yoshae S. Fullard, DDS
Dr. Fletcher decided on a career in dentistry because of the daily opportunity to make a positive impact on her patients' lives. She is passionate about participating in continuing education programs so that she can provide the most advanced dental services. She is a member of the American Dental Association and the Academy of General Dentistry. Dr. Fletcher lives in Phoenix with her husband Larry. She spends most of her free time reading, watching movies (she loves action, psychological thrillers, and comedy), and spending time with her family. She enjoys working out and outdoor activities such as hiking and biking. Dr. Fletcher loves exploring new cuisines and is always looking for an opportunity to try new foods and desserts.

Mostafa Hedayat, DMD
“As my patient, you can expect a patient-doctor relationship that will address your concerns and needs. I will create a treatment plan to give you the best outcome possible and meet your long-term goals.” Dr. Hedayat is originally from Seattle, Washington. He roots for all things Seattle: Seahawks, Sounders, Mariners, and Kraken. His favorite director is Christopher Nolan and his favorite movie is Inception. Dr. Hedayat also enjoys various outdoor activities and sports and spending quality time with friends and family.
